Have you ever experienced the breathtaking experience of a Hydrospeed adventure? In Sicily, in the countryside, there is the Alcantara River Park, in a lava canyon more than 300,000 years old flows the river, Alcantara. A shallow river 52 km long that is born from the Nebrodi mountain chain at an altitude of about 1,400 m from the Serra Baratta. 

In the summer season due to low rainfall, it becomes a place coveted and of great interest for the body rafting, hydrospeed and river trekking. The descents of the Alcantara's Gorges in hydrospeed take place in groups of up to 6 people.

The experience begins with a briefing on how to steer the hydrospeed. As soon as we all feel ready and confident the descent starts. This is a safe, fun and adrenaline adventure.

The Hydrospeed adventure is an activity that we perform only in the period from November to May. This because the Alcantara river in the summer does not have sufficient water flow to allow the carrying out of the experience.
